Because of the big plugin header , the resize handle for certain vst plugins ( lower right corner ) is out of reach I
In my case this is loomer architect ( modular midi framework )
Miving the windows taskbar to the left/right doesn't solve the problem

Isn't there usually a spot on caption bar that also become vertical arrow for resize?
This both for plugin window as well as program window.
There is usually some handle in upper left as well, that do the windows menu of some sort - not at daw right now.
I can see the inconvenience, but it is usually solvable.
Problem for me is usually to distinguish where plugin window caption stops and where toolbar and background start - exactly the same color.

This is a screenshot of the plugin after being resized ,
in my other host ( renoise )
The problem is more or less solved , I resized it in my other host , and luckily the plugin remembers the new size when loaded into studio one .
Still , the big header is a bit of an annoyance , I wish we could adjust it

I found one interesting thing - change plugin window to either show post fader inserts or routing - and caption also gets a resize arrow any place over the full width of caption bar.
But not in plugin window view or macro controls.
But maybe sizing of plugins does not help that issue you have.
