ARCADE is its own plugin (Audio Unit, VST, VST3, AAX). You can access it directly from within your DAW's 'instruments' plugins. For detailed instructions, check out this guide: http://output.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000273645-subscribing-installing-and-loading

We sometimes see this with older plug-ins that are 32-bit only - as DP runs in 64-bit mode by default, any plug-ins that are 32-bit only will not be accessible. To confirm this, either launch DP in 32 bit mode. to check whether the plug-in appears or contact the developer to verify the plug-in’s compatibility. WINDOWS users will need to add the default VST plugin paths: 64bit- C:Program Files Vstplugins 32bit- C:Program Files (x86) Vstplugins Additional Troubleshooting: Please ensure the iLok License Manager app is up-to-date on your system. If issues persist, please contact support here. Third Party VST integration is not supported with Studio One Artist. In order to be able to utilize additional plugins, you would need to either upgrade to Studio One 3 Professional or upgrade your Artist version by purchasing the VST/ReWire Add-On; which allows for the use of additional non-bundled Third Party VSTs as well as adding ReWire Support in Artist. Cubase 9 will sometimes refuse to recognize a VST plugin if both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions are installed. In order to fix this, you can remove or delete the 32-bit VST plugins. 2016 Stereo Room.dll is in my VST folder - I have reindexed presets and updated plug-ins - in Options/Locations/VST PlugIns i ticked 'Scan at startup' and click Reset Blacklist - iLok license manager is installed, 2016 Stereo Room is activated Any help is approciated. To confirm this, either launch DP in 32 bit mode. to check whether the plug-in appears or contact the developer to verify the plug-in’s compatibility. To run DP in 32-bit mode, select the DP application in Finder, then go to FileGet Info. Select the checkbox for ‘Open in 32-bit mode’. I managed to solve the issue by cutting + copying the VSTPlugins folder from C:/Program Files (x86) to C:/Program Files. For whatever reason they installed to the (x86) folder first and I figured I'd move the folder to the plain Program Files folder after you mentioned them being in the correct location and they popped up in the drop down, thanks for your help!

Ableton Live 9: (Mac and PC)

ARCADE doesn't support 32-bit systems on MacOS + PC, and it's likely the reason that you can't see ARCADE in Live 9.

Please try scanning your plugins and also make sure you're running a 64-bit version of Ableton Live, which may require an update. To determine if you're running a 64-bit application you can use the following steps:

  1. Type the following keyboard shortcut Command ⌘ + Space bar to launch Spotlight.
  2. Type System Information and hit Enter when it shows up.
  3. Scroll down to the Software section in System Information.
  4. Click Applications and wait for your applications to load.
  5. The column to the far right in the Applications table will give you a simple, 'Yes' or 'No' answer as to whether or not your app is 64-bit.

If your copy of Live 9 is not 64-bit then that is the reason you can't see it in your DAW.
